Registration Information
All delegates must be registered. Certificates of Attendance will be provided to delegates upon request. Please submit request(s) to the Secretariat in advance, to allow at least one full day for preparation of the certificate. Certificate will not be issued after the Congress.

Registration fees include:
- Admission to Scientific Sessions (Delegates only). Commercial Exhibitions, and Break area
- Congress documents, such as Final Program and Abstract Book . (Delegates only)
- Welcome Reception on Thursday, March 17, 2009
Identification Badges will be provided by the Congress and must be worn during Congress times to ensure admission to the various functions. Lunches are not included in the Registration fee. The Congress venue has access to restaurants and coffee shops
